My art is inspired by my faith and I am trained by the Institute of Sustainable Faith to offer spiritual direction - an ancient deep listening practice to help you tend to the movements of your soul. Your story. The purpose is to help you "flourish in discerning and living out your life faithfully, joyfully, and sustainably."

I provide a safe and welcoming space to explore gently in conversation anything you wish to bring. What is bringing you hope, joy and life at the moment? What is draining you? If you have noone appropriate  to talk with on this level you might like to explore spiritual accompaniment. It's available to you whether you have much faith or none. 

My role is to help you notice the invitations in your life from God who is Love. Sometimes we might use art in our conversation, if you find it helpful.
